Meet Our Team
The 101 Fathers of America team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating positive change in the lives of ex-inmates. Each member brings unique skills and experiences, committed to guiding individuals on their journey to reintegration.
Born and raised in Oakland, Florida, I was shaped by a strong single mother and loving grandmother who taught me the importance of faith, resilience, hard work, and service. Their sacrifices inspired a lifelong commitment to giving back and helping others.
I am a proud husband and father of two daughters, and family remains at the heart of everything I do. I honorably served 25 years in the United States Navy, completing 10 deployments as a combat veteran and earning three commendations for leadership, dedication, and service.
After retiring from the Navy, I continued serving others as an entrepreneur, author, and community leader. I am the Founder and CEO of two companies and the author of three books, using my experiences to inspire others to overcome obstacles and live with purpose.
Community service is not simply something I do—it is part of who I am. I volunteer weekly at a local food pantry, mentor young boys who may lack positive male role models, and teach a prison reentry program that helps incarcerated men rebuild relationships with their families and prepare to return home as stronger fathers and productive citizens.
Through military service, business, writing, mentoring, and outreach, my mission remains simple: to serve others, strengthen families, develop future leaders, and leave every community better than I found it.

JERRY BACON
Vice President
Jerry Bacon is a God-fearing man, devoted husband, proud father, retired law enforcement officer, community activist, and dedicated youth mentor. His life is grounded in faith, family, integrity, leadership, and service to others. He believes true success is measured by the positive impact we make in the lives of others.
Throughout his career in law enforcement, Jerry dedicated himself to protecting and serving his community. His experiences strengthened his commitment to accountability, compassion, and positive leadership. Although retired from law enforcement, he has never retired from serving people.
Today, Jerry remains actively involved in his community, with a special passion for mentoring and encouraging young people. He strives to help youth—especially young men—recognize their potential, make responsible decisions, overcome obstacles, and understand that their circumstances do not define their future.
Jerry holds a degree in Theology, and his relationship with God is the foundation of his family life and community service. He believes faith should be demonstrated through action—encouraging others, helping those in need, and using his experiences to make a meaningful difference.
As a husband and father, Jerry values family, commitment, and leaving a positive legacy for future generations. He also enjoys reading, working out, traveling, and staying active.
Jerry’s mission is to continue walking in God’s purpose, strengthening families, investing in young people, and leaving his community better than he found it.

Welcome to 101 Fathers of America
101 Fathers of America is a non-profit organization established to provide education, guidance, and leadership for boys and young men who do not have positive male role models in their life. Through this this mentorship, we will establish a safe place to heal, and pass down a heatlhy mindset to their children.
Our why is there is a epidemic in our community of absent fathers. With that missing male influence, children are not expressing that positive male leadership that would push them beyond what they think they are capable of. The life skills that a child learn from their father such as, tying a tie, job interview techniques, and positive male bonding are not being taught when a father is absent from the life of a child, and will stunt their growth, as a man. By providing positive male leadership, boys and young men will be educated in, male bonding, avoiding destructive behavior, sex education, the responsibilities of having children, and the importance of positive choices. Which will promote a healthy living, and positive mindset pass down to future generations.
At 101 Fathers of America, we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment for ex-inmates seeking to reintegrate into society. Our programs offer essential skills training, mentorship, and resources aimed at helping individuals rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their communities. Through our initiatives, we emphasize self-esteem building and the development of a sense of purpose.
